These terms cover use of Portio, including the QuickBooks Online connection. Intuit's own terms still govern the QuickBooks company.

Who connects a company

A person with permission to manage the desk connects one QuickBooks company for that workspace. Connecting authorizes Portio to file time activities in that company, and to read the names required to do it.

Time activities

K.Ai writes a time activity only when asked, and only for a person who is allowed to log time. Approved Portio time is sent only after the technician, client, and work type are mapped. A write that QuickBooks rejects stays in Portio with the reason, and does not get invented into a success.

Stopping

Disconnect in Settings revokes the grant. Time already in QuickBooks stays there until someone changes it in QuickBooks or asks Portio to.
