Portio is a service desk. This page says what the QuickBooks connection stores, and what it does not.

QuickBooks Online

When a workspace connects a QuickBooks company, Portio stores that company's name and the OAuth tokens Intuit issues. The tokens are encrypted at rest. They are used to read the lists needed to file time — people, customers, projects, and service items — and to create, change, or delete a time activity when someone on the desk, or K.Ai acting for them, asks for that.

Portio does not sell QuickBooks data, and it does not use a connected company to reach a different one. Disconnecting from Settings revokes the refresh token.

The rest of the desk

Tickets, time, clients, and contracts stay in the workspace that owns them. A client portal user sees that client's records only.
